My partner, colleague, husband and guru, Neil Sicherman and I have created a program for businesses to develop a mindset of Profitable Possibility to create Profitable Possibility Companies.  The work is tailored to each company based on their needs.  Possibility is defined as ‘a thing that can happen.‘  Profit from the latin profectus means ‘to go forward.’   A thing can happen.  A huge thing can happen.  A huge thing is happening.  How do we move it forward?

There is a wise soul out there who wrote about how many are moving forward now.  I wanted to share this bit of wisdom and potential with you………

Over the course of the last four years, I have also succumbed to moments of hopelessness and despair. The political, social, and environmental catastrophes are unfolding at such an accelerated pace that they appear beyond any discernable way of stopping the cataclysm. This moment is particularly challenging because we cannot even agree on what appears to us to be objective reality………..We are treading in water made more turbulent by ignorance, corruption, greed, and the persistent forces seeking to restore failed social hierarchies.

But, we are not hopeless. I like to remind myself that art most certainly endures longer than dictators………There is also hope in community. I have found that interacting with others who are equally disturbed by recent events to be soul nourishing. Although our community may seem small, it takes very few of us to effect meaningful change on the local level. Since 2016, our small band of activists (wayforwardpa.org) has helped purge most of Chester County government from the grip of the GOP. We are now actively working to make sure that Trump and his enablers do not secure a second term. We are not alone and together we are powerful.
